Would it help me to say that change is hard if not impossible? That the life of a person who has phobias, social anxiety, problems with weight or smoking or habitual bad habits is doomed to failure? Would it help me to say that you should stay stuck inside a horrible reality where you don’t even have a chance of reaching your life’s potential? Amazingly the answer to this question when applied to my advice being accepted by people in general is a definite YES!
But this is simply not advice I’m willing to give. I think it’s retarded.
